It was just another day in high school for [Male Name]. He was an average student who kept to himself. [Male Name] was fortunate enough to be one of the boys who weren’t bullied by the group of big tough guys that looked like they have been in the same grade for at least three years. [Male Name] shut his locker and started walking down the hall to his first class of the day, History. As he walked he noticed the new transfer student from Estonia was being bullied by the usual bullies. ‘Poor kid, he’s only been here a few days and he’s already getting picked on…’ “Come on, nerd! Give us your lunch money already.” said Jackson, the leader of the bullies. “I-I don’t have lunch money t-today…” replied Eduard as he backed up into the wall of lockers. “You don’t do ya?” asked Martin. “Then I guess we’ll just have to beat you up and steal your lunch.” said James as he swung a punch at the Estonian which connected with the poor boy’s nose. Eduard screamed and slid to the floor holding his now bleeding nose as his glasses fell to the floor next to him. [Male Name]’s eyes widened before they narrowed and his hands balled into fists. He’d seen enough of these idiots bully Eduard and the other kids they bullied. Jackson and his friends laughed at the crying Estonian. Martin even stepped on the teen’s glasses causing them to break. While the group was laughing it up, [Male Name] was getting angrier and angrier by the second. Suddenly there was a loud smack that sounded like flesh hitting flesh which startled the bullies and Eduard. Both Martin and James’s eyes widened as they looked on their leader who was currently holding the side of his face and laying on the floor moaning. They then looked from their leader to [Male Name] who was standing over the fallen bully looking absolutely pissed. “Why don’t you three get the hell out of here right NOW?!” shouted [Male Name] as he glared daggers at each of them. James and Martin took off looking too surprised for words while their leader, Jackson followed looking both surprised and in pain. [Male Name] then turned his attention to the Estonian male on the ground and crouched down to his level and smiled at him. “Let’s get you to the nurse.” said [Male Name] as he stood and held out a hand to Eduard. The Estonian nodded and took the other male’s hand. [Male Name] then helped him up. [Male Name] then released Eduard’s hand and started walking toward the nurse’s office while Eduard followed holding his broken glasses in one hand.



-Time Skip to Lunch-


[Male Name] was sitting at his usual table with his friends. But he seemed distracted and one of his friends, a loud and overly energetic boy named Alfred, decided to ask him about it. “Hey, [Nickname] you feeling okay, dude?” [Male Name] looked toward his friend and replied, “Yeah, I’m just looking for that Eduard kid.” “Oh, you mean the transfer student?” asked his other friend Arthur. “Yes.” [Male Name] answered. “I see. I haven’t seen him since third period.” said the Englishman. “Yeah, and I haven’t seen him walk in here yet and lunch is almost over.” said Alfred. “Maybe he’s in the bathroom hiding?” suggested Kiku, a close friend of [Male Name]. [Male Name] sighed, “Maybe. I’ll go look for him there.” and with that [Male Name] got up and left the cafeteria. “Hm… he seems to be really concerned about him.” Arthur mused out loud and both Alfred and Kiku nodded in agreement. “Maybe he wants to become friends with him so that kid doesn’t have to get bullied all the time.” suggested Alfred. “Maybe.” replied both Kiku and Arthur in unison. Meanwhile [Male Name] was walking down the empty hall toward the closest bathrooms to the cafeteria. Once he arrived he opened the door and walked in. “Hey, Eduard are you in here? It’s me, uh, [Male Name]. I was the one who saved you from the bullies earlier.” “I know who you are.” came the reply from the Estonian from inside one of the stalls. “Oh, okay. Just wanted to make sure.” said [Male Name] as he walked to the stall that Eduard was in and knocked. Eduard then opened the stall door and looked on the male standing in front of him. “What do you want?” he asked as he pushed up his taped together glasses which thankfully only the frame broke and not the lenses. He had a slight pout on his face. ‘Is it me, or does he look kind of cute? ….WAIT! WHAT AM I SAYING?!’ [Male Name] shook his head to get rid of that previous thought. “Well?” asked Eduard who was still looking for an answer to his question. “Oh, uh, I just wanted to see if you were alright.” The [h/l] [h/c] haired male replied with a friendly smile. The Estonian looked on him slightly surprised, “You’re the first person here to actually want to know how I’m feeling.” ‘Wow… aren’t [Male Name]’s [e/c] eyes beautiful?’ thought Eduard with a light pink blush on his cheeks. “Oh, really?” asked [Male Name] as he scratched the back of his head. ‘Eduard looks even cuter while he’s blushing…’ ‘Why am I thinking that?! He’s a GUY!’ “Yes…” answered the blond. “I see. Uh, I was also wondering if you’d like to sit with me at lunch?” “You want me to sit with you at lunch?” asked Eduard. “Yeah! W-with my friends too of course, heh…” replied the [h/c] male. The Estonian thought it over for a moment before answering, “Sure. Maybe this will help me gain friends… seeing as I don’t have any yet.” [Male Name] smiled, “Alright.” Just then the bell rang signaling the end of lunch and the resuming of classes. “I guess I’ll see you in class. We have Chemistry now after all.” said Eduard as he started to leave. “Wait, I’ll walk with ya.” [Male Name] quickly replied as he caught up to the Estonian and walked with him to class.



After school the [e/c] eyed teen was walking home with his friends since they all lived close enough to the school so that they didn’t have to ride the bus if they didn’t want to. “So I saw you walk into Chemistry with Eduard, was it?” asked Arthur as he walked next to [Male Name]. “Really? And that is his name.” “Were you two holding hands~?” teased Alfred as he walked on the other side of [Male Name]. “NO! We weren’t, Al!” exclaimed the [h/c] haired teen with a blush of embarrassment on his cheeks. Both Alfred and Arthur laughed. “Only kidding.” replied Alfred once he stopped laughing. ‘I know, but it’s not funny!” said [Male Name] with a pout. Arthur patted his back, “It is to us. But anyway, it’s not like we’re homophobic.” “Yeah, exactly!” agreed the American. “I know guys.” replied the [h/c] haired [e/c] eyed teen. “So lighten up a little, man.” said Alfred as they walked. “Sorry, I’ll try to.” The friends then continued to chat about grades, teachers and other school related stuff. When [Male Name] arrived home the house was empty because both his parents were still at work and his little brother didn’t get home from school until three. So the teen took off his shoes and walked upstairs to his room where he started his homework. At a little after three o’clock his little brother, [Little Brother’s Name] walked in. “I’m home! [Male Name] are you here?” he called. “Yeah, I’m up in my room!” the [h/c] teen shouted in reply. “Oh okay!” called the brown haired 6th grader as he ran up the stairs after taking his shoes off. He then proceeded to annoy his big brother until [Male Name] could no longer take it and kicked him out of his room. “You’re mean, big brother!” the boy said in mock hurt as he headed to his own room. “I know I am.” replied [Male Name] from his room. Later that evening [Male Name]’s parents returned home and they all went out to dinner at [favorite restaurant].
